Spiny Surveillance Training Webinar
Friday, June 12, 12-1 p.m.
Spiny Surveillance is a project that uses a community-science approach to spiny water flea surveillance and early detection. We will provide local managers and volunteers with a simple protocol, including timing and equipment guidelines, to optimize spiny water flea detection in the field.
This training will provide information on the spiny water flea and its impacts on the environment, as well as what the Spiny Surveillance program is, why it is important, and how to participate. This event is free to attend on Zoom, with registration required.
