Listening Sessions 

The executive and vice provost's search committee invites CFANS faculty, staff, students and postdoctoral scholars to join a listening session as they launch the search. These sessions are an opportunity for you to provide input that will inform the work of the search committee. Search consultants Anita Tien and Andrew Marshall of the executive search firm Isaacson, Miller will conduct this session as part of an information-gathering phase for the search. Your input will help the committee and search consultants gain a deeper understanding of the strengths and opportunities of the College, and the attributes and qualifications that will shape the position profile for the next dean and guide recruitment of a strong and diverse pool of candidates best positioned to lead the College. As determined through consultation with the College, listening sessions will take place on Zoom. Please select a session that corresponds to your role (faculty, staff, student/postdoctoral scholar). There is also a session open to all of these audiences.
