7th Bi-Annual Nibi miinawaa Manoomin Symposium

Respecting the Rights of Manoomin: Accountability and Responsibility
April 23 to April 25

Shooting Star Casino and Event Center
777 Casino Road
Mahnoman, MN

This symposium provides us a unique and powerful opportunity to bring leaders from Minnesota tribal nations, the University of Minnesota, and communities together. Please join us as we continue to expand our information, knowledge, and experiences as we join to protect water and wild rice for our future generations. We need to elevate our commitments to the land, the water, and our relatives. Together we are better, together we are stronger, together we have the power to make positive changes. We look forward to your attendance.

Registration details coming soon.

This event is co-Hosted by the White Earth Nation and the University of Minnesota College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences.

Thank you to the Earl and Kathy Hoaglund Fund for their sponsorship.
