The purpose of Mothers in Academia is to build community, support, and resources for new, current, expecting, and future mothers at the University of Minnesota. Join the Artemisia Leadership Initiative for a semesterly meet and greet, where mothers can connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. We hope mothers will leave the space with new friendships and continue to provide support and positive encouragement to one another.

Mothers in Academia is an informal meet and greet, so come as you are. Invite your colleagues! Attendance is free and open to all UMN faculty, staff, students and alumni. Everyone is welcome, including kids. Be ready to network! Light refreshments will be provided.
