Heather Anfang became Senior Vice President, US Dairy Foods at Land O’Lakes, Inc. in December 2019. Previously, she served as VP Ecommerce/E-business across the Land O’Lakes enterprise, and prior to that role, spent 17 years in Dairy Foods in sales and marketing roles. Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. She sits on the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities and The Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library.
