Welcome to the CFANS Student Engagement Team (CSET)! Our vision is to create a supportive and inclusive college environment where every student in the CFANS community feels a deep sense of belonging, connection, and personal growth. Our mission is to empower and cultivate a strong sense of belonging among all CFANS students. 

Through intentional programming, mentorship, and community-building initiatives, we aim to create an inclusive environment that embraces diversity, promotes collaboration, and supports the holistic development of every individual within the CFANS community.

Get involved with the CSET team 

We welcome your involvement on the CSET team! There are two ways to get involved. 

• Looking to jump in to help with an event or two? Fill out our involvement form and we'll be in touch.
• Want to apply for a student staff role on the team for the 2024-25 academic year? Apply through the common application for CFANS Student Services.

CFANS clubs and organizations

CFANS offers a variety of ways for students to get involved in activities related to their personal interests, academic majors, and professional development. In addition, CFANS offers diversity and multicultural programs, as well as organizations that assist students in developing leadership skills.

Students can find a meaningful place to get involved with CFANS clubs and organizations. These groups are places for students to build community within the context of shared personal interests, academic programs, and identities.
