We are excited to announce the launch of the CFANS ROC Passport Program – your digital guide to exploring CFANS' 10 unique Research and Outreach Centers (ROCs), where groundbreaking research meets real-world solutions.

As you visit and explore each ROC, you’ll have the opportunity to collect a digital stamp, learn from passionate experts, and witness how the ROCs carry out CFANS' mission to inspire minds, nourish people, and enhance the natural environment.

Please contact ROCs at least 24 hours in advance before visiting, to ensure they can prepare for your visit and ensure the best possible experience. Hours and contact information vary by location.

Health and safety

Please note that the ROCs are committed to protecting the health of our animals, staff, and visitors. Due to the continued presence of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (H5N1), we ask all visitors to take the following precautions seriously:

Do not visit if you have had recent contact (within the past 72 hours) with poultry, wild birds, or bird droppings.
Wear clean clothing and footwear when arriving at the ROC. Avoid bringing any items that may have been exposed to birds or bird environments.
Follow all posted biosecurity protocols, including handwashing, wearing PPE, and signing the visitor log.
Do not touch animals or enter animal facilities unless explicitly authorized and appropriately equipped

These measures are in place to reduce the risk of introducing or spreading the H5N1 virus, which can have serious consequences for both animal and public health. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and biosecure environment.
