Goldy, Interim President Ettinger visit CFANS at the Minnesota State Fair

Halfway through the Fair, CFANS was excited to welcome Interim President of the University of Minnesota Jeff Ettinger to our exhibit at the Minnesota State Fair. Ettinger spoke with CFANS Dean Brian Buhr and researchers from the Plant Protein Innovation Center, whose work is featured in our virtual reality experience highlighting the journey of a pea from field to family table.

Goldy crashed the scene to "row the boat" in our canoe photo booth, hand out some CFANS bucket hats, and made his best effort to fit into the Oculus goggles.
