University fundraiser provides financial support to campus food pantry while student groups take action to fight food insecurity on campus

The University of Minnesota joins other Big Ten universities in launching the “One Big Week” fundraiser in an effort to support the campus food pantry.
Priscilla Trinh, a CFANS student who is majoring in Sustainable Systems Management with minors in Food Systems and Management, is quoted. Trinh is co-coordinator of the Minnesota Youth Institute (MNYI), which engages high school students in solving local and global hunger issues.
