Making career connections during the Ag, Food, Business Career Fair

CFANS Career and Internship Services hosted the Ag, Food, Business Career Fair on September 20 in the St. Paul Student Center. The annual event is one of the most popularly attended career preparation events for CFANS students, along with the annual spring Environmental Career Fair.
The event provides an excellent opportunity for students to connect with employers to internships and full-time opportunities. More than 50 employers attended, including several who hosted same-day interviews on campus after the fair. Fields represented included Agriculture, Animal Science, Banking/Finance, Communication, Food Industry, Marketing, and Sales. A professional photographer was on-site to provide free headshots for students.
Career and Internship Services supports students of all identities through the career development process. We serve currently enrolled, degree-seeking undergrads and grad students as well as alumni within two years of graduation from the colleges of CCAPS, CDes, and CFANS at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
