A successful CFANS Harvey Jones Virtual Golf Scramble for Scholarships

Thanks to the 2023 golfers, we are able to award four additional scholarships to CFANS students!

The CFANS Harvey Jones Virtual Golf Scramble for Scholarships remembers and honors Harvey Jones (January 3, 1926 - March 21, 2021), who was a founding committee member of the event when it began in 2004.

In the past 20 years, the CFANS Alumni Society has raised more than $385,000 for the New Student Scholarship Fund, providing scholarships for 89+ students. Thanks to our 2023 golfers, we are able to award four additional scholarships to CFANS students! 

Special recognition goes to Jim Merritt (Team Meritt) and Gary Lager (Crop Revenue Consultants). Jim and Gary have golfed in every Golf Scramble since 2004! 

Fun fact: The "Spokane Foursome" (pictured left) golfed the furthest away (1,386 miles) from campus at the Downriver Golf Course in Spokane, Washington.
