Building Your Leadership Potential with Emotional Intelligence
Back by popular demand! Join us this spring for the Artemisia workshop Building Your Leadership Potential with Emotional Intelligence! As the pace of change in today’s world increases, there is a greater need than ever for leaders to develop “emotional intelligence.”
Emotional intelligence is a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way. How well we develop and use these abilities greatly affects how well we live our lives.
Prior to the workshop, participants will take an online assessment called the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i ®). Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of core emotional intelligence skills and create a self-development plan to enhance their EQ skills.
