Join the CFANS Alumni Society for a virtual Classes Without Quizzes, "Curating Curiosities in the Bell Museum Collections," where you'll hear lightning talks from three CFANS experts who serve in curatorial roles for the Bell Museum’s collections. Following their lightning talks, breakout rooms will offer a chance to chat with the experts.

The Bell Museum helps to connect preserved specimens with ecology and evolutionary history to study how organisms have changed over time and may change in the future.

"Merging natural history museum data, climate models, and DNA technologies to study emerging invasive species."

Bell Museum researchers and students are involved in novel integrations of data to study the northward expansion of ecologically damaging amphibians and reptiles across Minnesota.

"Expanding the utility of natural history specimens for ecosystem health."

The Bell Museum is embarking on a community-driven initiative to salvage wildlife carcasses to build a resource for ecological, evolutionary, and environmental research.
