Did you know that most startups fail and careers never take-off, not because of strategy and funding, but because of mindset? Add on a global pandemic, a recession and lockdowns... and mental resilience makes or breaks a company or a career.  It may seem frivolous to focus on your mindset as a founder, or as an aspiring one, but as a three time member of successful founding teams (Huffington Post, NowThis, PowerToFly), Katharine Zaleski knows that all the cash in the bank doesn’t matter if you don’t have emotional mastery to weather the ups and downs of entrepreneurship at startups or if you're launching a career or project within an organization.

Join us for this virtual event as Katharine Zaleski, co-founder of PowerToFly, will discuss Emotional Mastery as key to success in launching any project, including your own career.
