Maple Syrup Magic: Cook-Along Live (Online)

The days are getting warmer and the sap has started to flow… It’s maple syrup time! Gain a greater appreciation for this natural sweetener as Arboretum culinary instructor Ann Bercher guides you in:
* Learning the botanical background of maple syrup
* A virtual exploration of the syrup making process at the Arb
* How and where to find real maple syrup

Ann will demonstrate sweet and savory maple recipes such as:
* Maple Syrup Glazed Salmon Salad
* Maple Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
* Maple Granola Bars

You can cook along or sit back and enjoy the show- either way you’ll leave with a hankering to go out and purchase local syrup and great ideas for using it! Knowledge and experience gained will increase your confidence in using maple syrup in new ways.

Cost to Attend: $20 member household/$25 non-member household (“household” may include multiple people cooking together in the same household on the same computer). Includes a live virtual class experience, recipes, and recording.
