Julie Grossman
Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs
Julie Grossman provides collaborative leadership for initiatives that support and enhance the undergraduate experience within CFANS, including admissions, recruitment, international programs, and development of innovative programs that promote student engagement and create a welcoming and inclusive undergraduate community.
Starr Sage
Assistant Dean for Inclusive Excellence
Starr Sage collaborates with College leadership to drive our DEI strategic plan, and leads critical work in helping build a more inclusive, equitable, and diverse climate in CFANS. She works closely with CFANS units to effectively leverage initiatives, resources, and tools, and track progress on our ongoing strategic initiatives. She also partners with the University’s Office of Equity and Diversity to ensure that CFANS efforts are aligned with University-wide policies, programs, and strategies.
Milena Saqui-Salces
Associate Dean for Research, Graduate Programs and Faculty Development
Milena Saqui-Salces provides leadership and oversight to the academic research portfolio and graduate programs. For research, Milena oversees CFANS’ research portfolio and collaborative relationships across the U of M and with other research organizations. She provides leadership and strategic direction for CFANS’ 12 graduate education programs, and development opportunities for a diverse student body.
